Issue of shares

The Company confirms that it agreed today, 12 July 2024, to issue 350,000 ordinary shares to
the market at a price of 243.00p per share. A total of 181,385 shares will be issued from
treasury and a further 168,615 allotted to meet the demand.

Following this sale from treasury, the Company’s share capital is as follows:

Total voting rights: 163,257,179
Ordinary shares held in treasury: 0
Total issued share capital: 163,257,179

The total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a
change to their interest in, Henderson Far East Income Limited under the FCA’s Disclosure
Guidance and Transparency Rules.
