Sky Changes ASX Admission Category to Foreign Exempt Listing
Sky Network Television Limited (Sky) has applied for and been granted a change in its ASX admission
category from a standard ASX Listing to an ASX Foreign Exempt Listing, with the change taking effect
from the commencement of trading on Friday 19 July 2024.
The change means that Sky will primarily be regulated by its home exchange, the NZX, and it is
exempt from complying with most of the ASX’s Listing Rules.
The Company continues to have a full listing on the NZX Main Board and to be listed on the ASX. The
change in admission category does not affect shareholders’ ability to trade their shares on the ASX,
and Sky’s ASX ticker code (SKT) will remain the same.
