The Company announces that it agreed on 24 July 2024 to allot 140,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 234.11p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 26 July 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 163,997,179.
