The board of directors of Rakon Limited (NZX: RAK) advises that Rakon’s recruitment process for a
Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is underway.

The board and Chief Executive Officer are committed to maintaining strong financial governance.
Rakon will announce an interim CFO appointment shortly, who will oversee the continuation of the
company’s robust financial processes and compliance across Rakon’s global operations.
