CHATHAM UPDATES ON ITS SHARE OFFER TO EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS

WELLINGTON New Zealand – Further to Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited’s (TSXV: “NZP”,
NZX: 3GRE Frankfurt Bourse “CRP” or the “Company”) press releases of June 28, 2024 and July 23,
2024, regarding the share offering to its existing shareholders (in Canada) and the share purchase plan
(in New Zealand), the Company wishes to clarify that up to 200,000,000 common shares may be issued
under the aforementioned share offering, for gross proceeds of up to CA$16,000,000.

Completion of the offering is subject to receipt of the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All
securities issued pursuant to the offering in Canada will be subject to a four month and one day hold
period from the date of issuance of the Shares in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws.
