NTL RIGHTS ISSUE SUCCESSFUL
CORRECTIVE ANNOUNCEMENT


NTL wishes to clarify that NTL is pleased to advise that it has successfully concluded its recent
rights issue to existing eligible shareholders with many of the shareholders opting to apply for
amounts over their entitlement.
The 1 for 1 rights issue raised $1.805m NZD, comprising of 85,104,277 rights taken up and
applicants opting to apply for additional rights over and above their entitlement of 15,036,921.

The new shares will be issued on 2 August 2024.
NTL will now also allow applications for shortfall on the same terms as the original rights issue
offer and has already received firm interest in shortfall. Enquiries can be made to

Further NTL wishes to note that the unsecured loan facilities referred to on page 2 of the
quarterly report released on 30 July 2024 are not repayable until 31 December 2025.
