The Company announces that it agreed on 30 July 2024 to allot 250,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 226.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 August 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 164,362,179.
