Annual Shareholders Meeting 2024 Results
At Blackpearl Group’s (NZX: BPG) Annual Shareholder Meeting, held today at 10am, shareholders
were asked to vote on 5 resolutions. As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, voting was conducted
by a poll.
