Annual MeeƟng and Director NominaƟons
2 Cheap Cars Group Limited (2CC) announces that its Annual Shareholders’ MeeƟng will be held on
27 September 2024. Full details relaƟng to the meeƟng will be advised in the NoƟce of MeeƟng,
which will be distributed in due course.
For the purposes of NZX lisƟng rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominaƟons is 23 August
2024. All nominaƟons must be received by 5 pm on that closing date. A nominaƟon may only be
made by a shareholder enƟtled to aƩend and vote at the meeƟng and must be accompanied by the
wriƩen consent of the person being nominated.
