DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR PFI
Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that Director nominations are now open. The closing date for
nominations is 5.00pm on Wednesday, 28 August 2024.

Director nominations should be sent to:

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting to be
held on Wednesday, 23 October 2024. Given this meeting will cover the six-month financial period to 30
June 2024, this meeting will be held as a virtual meeting. Further details will be confirmed in the notice
of meeting.
