Change of Chief Financial Officer Announcement

AFC Group Holdings Limited (NZX.AFC) announces the resignation of Chief
Financial Officer Hao (Howard) Long, effective immediately, due to personal reasons.
The company is pleased to appoint Jenny Liang as the new Chief Financial Officer.
Howard Long, who has served AFC since 2015, has made significant contributions to
the company. The Board extends its sincere gratitude for his dedication and service,
acknowledging his role in the company's growth and wishes him success in his future
endeavours.
Jenny Liang, a Chartered Accountant with CAANZ, brings a wealth of experience to
her new role. She has senior management experience in varies sectors and spent over
one decade in a Fortune 500 company. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Professional
Accounting from the University of Auckland. Since joining AFC in 2021, Jenny has
demonstrated exceptional skills in financial reporting, capital expenditure, and
commercial management. The Board is confident in her abilities and commitment,
making her a valuable asset to AFC as she steps into the role of Chief Financial Officer.
