Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) CEO Grant Watson has appointed Andy Liu as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Andy was most recently CFO at Yili Oceania where he held several finance roles since 2020, and oversaw
the integration of Westland Milk Products and Oceania Dairy Co. Ltd. Before joining the Yili Group, Andy
spent more than 10 years in the automotive industry in China, Germany and South East Asia.

Andy will join Synlait on Wednesday 14 August.
