TIMING OF ASM AND ACQUISITION COMPLETION

Promisia Healthcare Limited (Promisia) (NZX: PHL) can advise that it has agreed with the vendors to
extend the date for completion of the Golden View Lifestyle Village and Ripponburn Home and
Hospital acquisition to 28 August 2024.
Completion was originally scheduled for 14 August 2024 but has been extended by two weeks to
allow further time for regulatory approvals from Immigration New Zealand to be obtained.
In addition, Promisia can advise that it will now hold its annual shareholders meeting on 25
September 2024 at 10am. The meeting will be held in person at:

A notice of meeting will be distributed in approximately three weeks time.
