RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises that Chief Financial Officer, Will Wright, has
resigned effective 13 November 2024.

Summerset CEO Scott Scoullar said “Will joined us in July 2021 and has been instrumental in
furthering our great relationships with our investors, analysts and other stakeholders.

“He has led our Corporate Services function, in addition to our Finance team, and has grown a
highly capable and valued team.

"On behalf of the Summerset Executive Leadership Team and the Board, I wish Will the very
best for his new role returning to Fletcher Building.”

Summerset will commence a recruitment process to search for a replacement Chief Financial
Officer and will update the market when an appointment is made.
