This notice relates to the issue of ordinary shares in Serko Limited (“Serko”) on vesting of Restricted
Share Units (“RSUs”) pursuant to the Serko Long Term Incentive Scheme (“Scheme”).
Following the issue of 34,005 ordinary shares (“Issue”) upon the vesting of the equivalent number of
RSUs as detailed in this notice (“Vesting”), Serko Limited now has 4,697,727 RSUs outstanding under
the Scheme and 122,522,430 ordinary shares on issue.
