ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) DETAILS

4 September 2024

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 23
October 2024 at 10am AEST (Brisbane time).

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and Rule 38.13 of MHJ’s Constitution, the closing date for receipt of
nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday, 11 September 2024.

The AGM will be held via electronic means only. There will not be a meeting where shareholders can attend in person.
Further information about the AGM will be set out in the notice of meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in
due course.
