Contact Energy Limited advises that its Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held in Auckland
on the morning of Wednesday, 13 November 2024. Further details about the meeting will be
included in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to shareholders in October 2024.
The closing date for director nominations is 20 September 2024. Nominations must be made
by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be sent by email to
companysecretary@contactenergy.co.nz
