Annual Shareholder Meeting – Change of Date
Tairawhiti, New Zealand – Rua Bioscience (NZX:RUA) has changed the date of the Annual
Shareholder Meeting (ASM) to
10am (NZ Time) on Monday, November 4th.

The meeting will be held virtually via Computershare’s online meeting platform. Further details
for participation and voting online will be included in the formal Notice of Annual Shareholders’
Meeting which will be released prior to the meeting.
