Annual Meeting and Nomination of Directors

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that its 2024 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be
held at 2 pm on Tuesday, 26th November 2024 at the Residium Design + Building Centre,
165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland.

Bremworth also advises that the closing date for nominations to the Board of Directors is
Monday, 30th September 2024. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing
date.
