Message:
Following the announcement by Barramundi Limited (“BRM”) on Friday, 13 September 2024,
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Barramundi Limited
warrants (“BRMWH”) is Friday, 25 October 2024.

Any BRMWH warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 25 October 2024 will lapse and all
rights in regards to them will expire.
The final day of trading in BRMWH will be Wednesday, 23 October 2024 prior to the warrants
being halted and suspended at close of business.

BRMWH will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 25
October 2024.
