On Wednesday, 11 September 2024 Promisia Healthcare Limited (“PHL”) announced that it will
undertake a share and warrant consolidation.
Shareholders will receive one PHL ordinary share for every 500 PHL ordinary shares held at 5pm on the
Record Date of Thursday, 26 September 2024 (“Record Date”). For the warrants, a holder will receive
one PHL warrant (“PHLWA”) for every 500 PHLWA warrants held at the Record Date.
In order for the consolidations to be processed, PHL ordinary shares and PHLWA warrants will be halted
from pre-market open on Ex Date, Wednesday, 25 September 2024.
On Friday, 27 September 2024, trading will resume in PHL ordinary shares and PHLWA warrants.
