Results of Turners Automotive Group Limited’s Annual Meeting


At Turners Automotive Group’s shareholder meeting held on Wednesday 18 September 2024,

shareholders were asked to vote on 3 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


• That Baker Tilley Staples Rodway be reappointed as auditor;

• Re-elect Antony Vriens as a Director of the Company; and

• Re-elect Alistair Petrie as a Director of the Company.
