Mercury NZ Limited - Results of 2024 Annual
Shareholders’ Meeting
19 September 2024 – At Mercury’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held in Auckland and via a virtual
meeting on Thursday, 19 September 2024, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which
were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
> That Mike Taitoko be re-elected as a director; and
> That the annual remuneration payable to all directors in aggregate be increased to
$1,231,450 with effect from 1 October 2024.
