Request for trading halt: Blis Technologies Limited (NZX Code: BLT)
We request a trading halt be applied to our financial products (NZBLTE0002S8) under NZX
Listing Rule 9.9.1(a) and set out below details of the request as per the rules of NZX.
We would like the trading halt to commence immediately.
Reasons for trading halt, including impact of event on fair orderly or transparent
markets: The company has become aware of a patent filing that potentially has a significant
impact on the company. The company needs time to assess those impacts including obtaining
legal advice.
How long we want the trading halt to last and why: 2 days to appropriately consider the
impact on the company.
The event we expect to happen that will end the trading halt: The company releasing an
announcement advising on the implications of the patent filing for the company.
We confirm that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
