APPOINTMENT OF ACTING CFO
Summerset Group Holdings Limited advises that Sarah Theodore has been appointed
as acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) from 1 October 2024.
Sarah Theodore is currently Summerset’s GM Finance.
Summerset CEO Scott Scoullar said he was pleased that the company’s succession
planning has allowed it to provide strong leadership during this interim period.
“Since joining Summerset in 2022 Sarah has developed excellent relationships with
our leadership team, external stakeholders and Board. She has also led a high
performing team that delivers for the business.
“Our Finance and Corporate Services teams will be in very capable hands under
Sarah’s leadership.”
Mr Scoullar said current CFO Will Wright will remain with the business until his final
day on 13 November to provide a smooth transition and handover.
Summerset’s recruitment process for a replacement CFO is in progress and the
company will update the market when an appointment is made.
