CALENDAR OF KEY DATES - AGM

Downer EDI Limited (Downer) today announced that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on
Wednesday, 20 November 2024 at 11.00am (AEST). Shareholders will be advised of further details
regarding the AGM in the Notice of Meeting, which will be provided separately.
The key shareholder dates for the remainder of 2024 are as follows:
Last day to receive director nominations 2 October 2024
Notice of Annual General Meeting available 16 October 2024
Annual General Meeting 20 November 2024

Depending on circumstances, these dates may change. Any change will be advised through the Australian
Securities Exchange and New Zealand’s Exchange.
