Results of ikeGPS Group Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting

At ikeGPS Group Limited’s shareholder meeting, held today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

 That the directors are authorised to fix the auditor’s remuneration.
 That Roz Buick, who was appointed to the board in November 2023 retires and is eligible for
election, is elected as a director of ikeGPS Group Limited.
 That Fred Lax, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election, is re-elected as a director of
ikeGPS Group Limited.
 That Mark Ratcliffe, who retires by rotation and is eligible for re-election, is re-elected as a
director of ikeGPS Group Limited.
