with the approval of shareholders under Listing Rule 10.14. Further, the 55,309 PSRs granted to Kar Yue Yeo (CFO)
were issued utilising the company's placement capacity under Listing Rule 7.1.
For the FY24 PSRs - The PSRs granted to Rhys Jones and Adrian Casey (being a total of 321,015 PSRs) were issued
