On Friday, 25 September 2024, Santana Minerals Limited (“SMI”) announced that it will undergo a Share
Split.
Shareholders will receive three (3) SMI ordinary shares for every one (1) SMI ordinary shares held at 5pm
on the Record Date of Tuesday, 29 October 2024.
On the NZX, the share price and number of shares on issue will be updated to be on a post-split basis
from Ex Date. SMI ordinary shares will trade through the stock split, with trades to be entered on a post-
split basis from Ex Date.
SMI’s ISIN (AU000000SMI3) will remain unchanged.
Please note the Ex Date differs across the NZX and ASX due to the Labour Day public holiday. Ex Date
on the ASX will be Monday, 28 October. Please refer to the announcement released by SMI here for
additional details on the ASX timetable.
