Director of People & Culture appointed

Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) has appointed Stephanie Manning as Director of People & Culture.

Stephanie is currently the General Manager of People & Culture at Alliance. Stephanie has held several
senior leadership roles in the public and private sectors in New Zealand and abroad across
manufacturing, health, financial services, and legal industries. Stephanie is an employment lawyer by
training and, over the past decade, has developed significant experience delivering people and
workforce strategies, service redesigns, and operating model transformations.

Stephanie will join Synlait’s Executive Leadership Team on 3 February 2025.
