Pursuant to two on market trades dated 22 October 2024, Colin McDowell sold 11,282,382 shares
in the Company (being all of the shares in the Company held in his name). The transactions were
executed on NZX and ASX. The total consideration received was NZ$108,874,986.00. Settlement
took place on 24 October 2024.
