RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) (MHJ or Company) advises that its Chief Financial Officer, Andrew
Lowe, has taken on additional operational responsibilities across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, repairs and
sustainability, effective 1 September 2024. As a result, he has assumed the new position of Chief Financial and Supply
Chain Officer, providing leadership across these new areas of responsibility as well as his existing portfolio including
finance, legal, audit and property teams.
Due to the expansion of his operational responsibilities, Andrew has resigned from his role as Company Secretary of
the Company with effect from today. Kate Palethorpe will continue in the role as Company Secretary and is the
appropriate contact for ASX and NZX listing rule matters.
