Reliance on the Financial Markets Conduct (Climate-related Disclosures for Foreign Listed Issuers) Exemption
Notice 2024 (Exemption Notice)

The Exemption Notice exempts certain foreign listed issuers from Part 7A of the Financial Markets Conduct Act
2013 (Act), regarding climate-related disclosures.

Santana confirms it is relying on clause 6 of the Exemption Notice for the accounting period ending 30 June
2024, as a foreign listed issuer that does not have a large presence in New Zealand.

The effect of relying on the Exemption Notice is Santana is exempt from Part 7A of the Act, such that Santana is
exempt from climate-related disclosure requirements imposed under New Zealand law.

Santana has and will continue to comply with climate-related disclosures required under Australian law,
reflecting the location of its primary listing.
