Potentia withdraws requisition for Special Meeting
The Board of Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) refers to the special meeting of
shareholders requisitioned by Admetus Capital Limited

(Potentia) on 30 September 2024 and Vista
Group’s Notice of Special Meeting dated 18 October 2024.
Vista Group received notification from Potentia yesterday formally advising of its withdrawal of the
requisition for the special meeting and the withdrawal of all of the resolutions proposed for
consideration at that special meeting.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that Vista Group’s notice of the special meeting convened for 15
November 2024 is also withdrawn, and the special meeting will not be held.
