On 31 October 2024, the Company announced that the Directors had resolved that a third
interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 would be a payment of 3.60 pence
per ordinary share. For the majority of shareholders holding shares listed on the London Stock
Exchange, the dividend will be paid on 3 February 2025 to shareholders on the register on 3
January 2025 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 2 January 2025. For
shareholders who hold shares listed on the New Zealand branch register, the ex-dividend date
will be 31 December 2024 to accommodate the public holiday in New Zealand on 2 January
2025.
