Westpac Banking CorporaƟon's 2024 Annual General MeeƟng (AGM) will be held at
10:00am (Sydney Ɵme) on Friday, 13 December 2024 as a hybrid meeƟng.

ParƟcipaƟng in the AGM – 13 December 2024
1. In Person
You can aƩend the AGM in person. The meeƟng will be held in the Grand
Ballroom at the HyaƩ Regency Sydney, at 161 Sussex Street, Sydney, New
South Wales 2000.
2. Online
You can aƩend online by visiƟng the AGM Online Plaƞorm at
westpac.com.au/AGM. AƩending online allows you to watch the AGM live,
submit wriƩen quesƟons, comment and vote.
3. Teleconference
You can also parƟcipate by teleconference, which allows you to listen to the
AGM, make comments and ask quesƟons. VoƟng is not available via
teleconference but can be done through the AGM Online Plaƞorm. Further
details are provided in the 2024 NoƟce of MeeƟng.
RegistraƟon opens at 9:00am (Sydney Ɵme) on the day of the AGM.

How to vote before the AGM

To vote prior to the AGM, click on the link below. You can lodge a direct vote or
appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf. Direct votes or the appointment of a proxy
must be received by 10:00am (Sydney Ɵme) on Wednesday, 11 December 2024.
1. Go to vote.linkmarketservices.com/WBC.
2. Click 'Vote Here' under Australian Registered Holders.
3. Enter your SRN/HIN.
4. Enter the postcode (Australian address) or country code (overseas address)
relevant to each shareholding.

5. Tick the Terms & CondiƟons box and then click Login.
6. Proceed through each screen to lodge your vote, appoint a proxy or submit
your quesƟon.
Shareholders can also submit quesƟons prior to the AGM. These quesƟons are not
read out at the AGM but Westpac will seek to address the most frequently raised
shareholder maƩers during the meeƟng. QuesƟons can be submiƩed via the above
link and must be received by 5:00pm (Sydney Ɵme) on Friday, 6 December 2024.
