Meridian Completes FY25 LTI Buyback

Meridian Energy Limited (Meridian) announced on 25 October 2024 that it would undertake an on-
market share buyback in connection with the FY25 long-term incentive scheme. Meridian has now
completed that share buyback. Meridian acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares on the NZX Main Board at
an average price of NZ$5.9068 per share.
