Results of KMD Brands Limited Annual Meeting
At KMD Brands Limited’s shareholder meeting, held today, shareholders were asked to vote on four
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That David Kirk be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
• That Abby Foote be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
• That Michael Daly be re-elected as a Director of the Company.
• That the Board be authorised to fix the remuneration of the Company’s auditor for the ensuing
year.
