Synlait – SML010 Bond Maturity

Synlait Milk Limited (Synlait) has advised NZX that its subordinated bonds (SML010) will mature on
Tuesday 17 December 2024.

The maturing bonds are approximately the $11.2 million of bonds outstanding following early
redemption of approximately $168.8 million of the $180 million bonds on 13 November 2024.

The final day of trading of the bonds will be Wednesday 4 December, prior to the bonds being
suspended at close of business.
