Subject: Infratil Limited IFT260 Maturity and Exchange for IFT360


Message:
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the Infratil Limited bonds with ticker code IFT260 are
due to mature on Sunday, 15 December 2024.
Under the Exchange Offer announced on 28 November 2024, IFT260 bond holders have the
option to exchange each IFT260 bond for one new bond with ticker code IFT360 to be issued
on Friday, 13 December 2024.
Alternatively, holders of IFT260 bonds who do not wish to participate in the Exchange Offer will
have their IFT260 bonds redeemed on Friday, 13 December 2024 in accordance with the terms
and conditions of the IFT260 bonds.
The final day of trading for the IFT260 bonds will be Tuesday, 3 December 2024 prior to the
bonds being suspended at close of business.
The terms and details of the IFT360 bonds will be provided in a Quotation Notice, which will be
released to the market at such time as the relevant information becomes available.
