GMT credit rating reaffirmed

Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited, the Manager of GMT, is pleased to advise that
the Trust’s investment grade credit rating of BBB/stable has been reaffirmed by S&P Global
Ratings.

The Trust’s senior secured debt facilities, including its bonds, are rated one notch higher at
BBB+.
