Senior manager change
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Vulcan Steel Limited (Vulcan) announces today
a restructure within its senior leadership team.
Effective from 1 February 2025, Vulcan’s Chief Commercial Officer, Gavin Street, will become
responsible for the company’s key operations, and a number of members of the senior
leadership team will report to him. This change of reporting structure is to enable an
increase in collaboration between business units in Australia and New Zealand.
Gavin joined Vulcan in October 2024 and the Vulcan team are excited to support Gavin in
his new role.
