ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED
(NZX: NTL, ASX: NTL)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Amended Delisting Timetable

As announced to the ASX on 18 November 2024, New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (NTL or the
Company) (ASX:NTL) will be delisted from the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange
(ASX), subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions being satisfied (ASX Delisting).
The Company wishes to advise that the proposed ASX Delisting timetable has been slightly
amended to incorporate 2 days of suspension of trading of the Company’s shares on the ASX prior
to the delisting date, in accordance with ASX requirements. The revised timetable is set out below.

The revised dates in the timetable above, do not impact or change the timing for the Unmarketable
Parcel Sale Facility.
