Update Regarding BayWa AG


T&G Global’s ultimate parent company, BayWa AG, is undertaking a transformation of its business.
As part of this, it has announced some potential changes to its business, including it envisaging the
sale of major holdings outside of Germany.
This is a process being led by BayWa and relates to its business and shareholdings. It is therefore
not appropriate for T&G to comment on their position. We continue to work closely with BayWa and
our Board to maximise value for all shareholders.
