Sky addresses media speculation
Sky Network Television Limited (Sky) is aware of recent media speculation regarding negotiations with
New Zealand Rugby Commercial (NZRC) for the renewal of rugby broadcasting rights from
2026. Negotiations between Sky and NZRC remain ongoing and are confidential.
Sky’s policy is not to comment on media speculation. Sky will update the market as required and
continues to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations, including NZX Listing Rule 3.1.1.
