Dividend Reinvestment Plan strike price

The Strike Price used to calculate entitlements under the Infratil Dividend Reinvestment Plan
(“DRP”) in respect of the FY2025 interim dividend has been set at NZ$12.60976 per share.

The Strike Price is calculated as the volume weighted average sale price for ordinary shares
in Infratil (“Shares”) based on all trades of Shares on the NZX Main Board over a period of ten
trading days commencing on and including the first trading day after the Election Date (being
25 November), with a 2% discount applied.

Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP will receive Shares instead of cash
in respect of the FY2025 interim dividend payable on 10 December 2024.
