Results of 2024 Annual General Meeting and Change of Auditor
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations
Act 2001 (Cth), the results of Westpac Banking Corporation’s (Westpac) 2024
Annual General Meeting (AGM) are attached.
All resolutions put to the AGM were decided by way of poll.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.3, Westpac also announces that KPMG has
been appointed as Westpac’s external auditor with effect from the end of today’s AGM.
