Further to the announcement made by Infratil Limited (“IFT”) today, NZX Operations (“NZXO”)
advises that the interest rate payable on the Infratil Limited Bonds (“IFTHC”) has been reset to
6.24% per annum, with effect from today, Monday, 16 December 2024.
The interest rate reset will be reflected in our trading system from market open tomorrow,
Tuesday, 17 December 2024.
