Update on ANZ’s Annual General Meeting

ANZ today advised it has become aware of potential protest activity that may disrupt this year’s Annual General
Meeting (AGM), being held on 19 December 2024.
As a result, ANZ is implementing additional precautionary safety measures, including security searches and certain
restrictions on the admission of visitors and guests. Shareholders and guests attending in person should allow
additional time to complete registration and security checks.
Shareholders who have any concerns about protest activity are encouraged to participate in the AGM online,
rather than attend in person.
Shareholders are able to participate in the AGM online and ask questions in real time online via the ANZ AGM
online platform https://meetnow.global/ANZ2024.
Anybody attending the AGM will need to present a form of ID (e.g. driver’s licence, passport etc.) or an SRN/HIN
associated with their ANZ shareholding to be admitted to the AGM.
ANZ retains its discretion to decline entry to visitors or guests for safety or other reasons.
