The Company announces that it agreed on 20 December 2024 to allot 400,000 ordinary shares
at a price of 226.2p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 24 December 2024, bringing the issued share capital and
total voting rights at that date to 166,502,179.
